“I've dreamed of establishing an annual scholarship for RTS perinatal bereavement training for a while, and now my heart says the time is right. I love RTS and want to give back by supporting the gold-standard grief education that has been the hallmark of this program since 1981. Over and over again, RTS-trained professionals who were touched by the content have come up to me, saying ‘This program has made such a difference to me’ or my favorite, ‘Resolve Through Sharing changed my life.’ That's how I feel, too, and now I am blessed to support others in their growth and development in becoming outstanding healthcare providers. A pioneer in bereavement care
Rana Limbo, PhD, RN, FAAN, began her career in postpartum care and labor and delivery, and went on to co-found RTS, an innovative method for educating healthcare professionals about bereavement. Now retired, she supports RTS as its director emerita. As a nurse, researcher, educator, and leader, she has changed countless lives.
