If you completed RTS Bereavement Coordinator Certification in 2023, your certification period is coming to an end. Below is some important information about renewing your certification for the next 3 years. Please also check your inbox for complete details from RTS.
Steps for Recertification
- Update and save your tracking document. You do not need to submit the final file to RTS, but we reserve the right to conduct random audits.
- Complete the RTSCBC 1-Year Implementation Evaluation.
- For any RTS trainings you have delivered, be sure you have submitted your participant rosters to the RTS National Office at [email protected].

Once you have completed the survey, submitted your class rosters, and made your renewal payment, RTS will update your LMS status. You’ll continue to maintain your RTSCBC credential and access to RTS teaching content for another 3 years—until December 31, 2029.
